BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

As of July 1st 2023, all Saturday Makeup appointments require a deposit equivalent to 50% of the total appointment cost. This is payable upon booking and will be deducted from the total appointment cost on the day. Please note that this will not be reimbursed in the event of failing to attend your scheduled appointment or failing to provide at least 24 hours notice of cancellation.

 

If you wish to cancel or reschedule your weekday appointment, we require at least 24 hours notice. Failure to provide 24 hours notice of cancellation or failure to attend your scheduled appointment will result in a 50% charge of your total appointment cost.

 

An appointment reminder SMS will be sent out 48 hours prior to your upcoming appointment to avoid late notice or no-show incidents. Please call 6424 5253 to reschedule or cancel your appointment if necessary.

 

ETHICS POLICY

Face Bar's ethics policy has been put in place and is exercised in lieu of our Cancellation Policy in unfortunate and unforeseen circumstances - this involves things such as sickness, personal injury and any other potential emergencies that are genuine and prevent clients from attending their scheduled appointment.

ARRIVAL AND PUNCTUALITY

Please arrive at Face Bar 10 minutes before your scheduled booking time to ensure that any consultation documents can be completed prior to your treatment and your appointment can run for the full duration. Please note that if you are running late, we reserve the right to adjust the duration of your treatment time to ensure that our therapists are not late for their following appointments and responsibilities.

 

CLIENT CONSIDERATION

Many of our treatments give clients an opportunity to relax and rejuvenate. In consideration of others, we ask that mobile phones be switched to silent and noise is kept to a minimum in the upstairs treatment area.

 

PARKING

Please note there is no designated on-site parking however, there is a public car park along Formby Road and some roadside public parking along Stewert Street.

 

HEALTH CONSIDERATIONS

Your health and wellbeing is our top priority. For your safety, you will be asked to complete confidential documents that include questions regarding medical conditions. Our highly trained staff will ensure there are no relevant contraindications and that your service is suitable.

 

CHILDREN

We love your children but due to safety reasons, children are not permitted into the treatment rooms. If children must attend your scheduled appointment in the case of an emergency or unforeseen circumstances, please ensure headphones are supplied if using any electronic devices.
