MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. MEMBERSHIP LOCK-IN & COMMITMENT:

• All Face Bar memberships have a minimum 3-month lock-in period

• Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable; any unused benefits will be forfeited

• Memberships are subject to change. Any updates will be communicated accordingly.

2. PAYMENT METHOD. AUTHORISATION & TERMS:

• Membership payment will be charged every 4 weeks from the date of purchase. 

• To pause a membership, a minimum of 7 days notice is required before the next full billing cycle.

• Payments must be cleared before attending any treatments or appointments.

• If payment is unsuccessful, your membership and its benefits will temporarily paused until payment is received. 

• By enrolling in Face Bar Skin Club, you consent to Timely securely storing your credit card details and automatically debiting the agreed membership fee every 4 weeks. Charges will continue on a reccuring basis until the membership is cancelled in line with the cancellation terms outlined below.

3. NON-TRANSFERABLE MEMBERSHIP:

• Memberships cannot be sold, gifted, shared, or transferred to another person in any manner.

4. UNUSED TREATMENTS:

• No refunds or credits for treatments not used within the month will be provided, any unused benefits do not carry over to the following month.

5. CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIPS:

• Memberships may be cancelled after the initial 3-month contract period with a minimum of 7 days notice before the next full billing cycle.

6. CANCELLATION OF APPOINTMENTS:

• A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

Failure to provide notice will result in the treatment being forfeited.

7. MISSED APPOINTMENTS DUE TO SICKNESS:

• If you are unable to attend an appointment due to sickness or any other personal reasons, the treatment or appointment does not carry over to the next month. No refund or extension will be given for missed appointments.

8. APPOINTMENT AVAILABILITY:

• Appointments are subject to availability. If your preferred time is unavailable, you may be placed on a wait-list. Pre-bookings are highly encouraged.

9. MEMBERSHIP MERCHANDISE:

• Membership merch packs are a one-time benefit given upon joining.

• If you cancel your membership and rejoin at a later date, you will not receive an additional merch pack.

10. RETAIL AND TREATMENT DISCOUNTS:

• Retail discounts do not apply to items that are already discounted or on sale.

• Retail discounts are not valid on limited edition products, Christmas ranges or exclusive gift packs.

• Retail discounts do not apply to Ultraceuticals packs or promotional offers.

• Retail discounts are not valid on the Designer Brands range.

• Treatment discounts cannot be used in conjunction with promotional pricing or special offers.

• Members receive 10% off Hair Reduction services, excluding promotions and packaged treatments.
