Meet Carla and Andrew – The Visionaries Behind Face Bar
Carla and Andrew opened Face Bar in 2009, inspired by Carla’s vision to bridge the gap between education and retail in the beauty industry. With over 40 years of experience, Carla has dedicated her career to beauty, growing Face Bar from a humble start with two staff members to a thriving team of 14 passionate therapists. Under her leadership, the business has flourished, doubling in size, tripling the number of treatment rooms, and winning prestigious awards with Ultraceuticals.
Carla’s entrepreneurial journey began at just 19 years old with her first business, Belladonna, and her passion for the beauty industry has only grown stronger over the years.
Alongside her, Andrew has been an unwavering support, known as the “handyman” of Face Bar, bringing their shared vision to life and helping the business reach new heights.
With continuous growth, commitment to training, and an ever-evolving dedication to their craft, Carla and Andrew have made Face Bar a leading name in beauty, offering a truly exceptional experience to their clients.

Erin Viney

Erin is passionate about skin, especially when it comes to advanced laser treatments. She brings years of experience and knowledge to the team and isn’t afraid to remind you to always wear your SPF!

Sarah is the cheerful face that greets you when you walk through Face Bar’s doors. She is our client liaison and ensures our downstairs retail space runs smoothly, making every visit feel welcoming and effortless.
Bec Blackwell
Manager
Bec has been with Face Bar since 2015, starting as a trainee and gradually progressing to beauty therapist, assistant manager, and now manager. Over the years, she’s developed a deep love for the business and enjoys helping both the team and clients feel welcome and confident. Bec takes pride in being part of a place that’s all about care, quality, and making people feel their best.
Naomi Stafford
Skin Therapist / Makeup Artist
Naomi is our does it all therapist! She has a keen passion for makeup but equally enjoys a tattoo removal. Skilled across all areas of Face Bar, she loves being able to do a bit of everything and help clients look and feel their best.
