ACNE, CONGESTION & PORES

Acne is caused by the skins oil glands making too much sebum, an oily substance which leads to plugged pores. It can also be caused by the rapid production of a bacteria P.Acnes. Acne is an inflammation of the skin, with causes such as: hormonal in-balance, bad gut health, medications, genetics and bacteria. Acne is normally developed in the early teens, but can affect people in different stages of life such as pregnancy, perimenopause, stress and ill health.
